There is a 24 hour cancellation and reschedule policy with all sessions. Any changes made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in full charge of the session.
Financial Hardship:
I offer a limited number of sliding scale sessions for those experiencing financial hardship. Availability is not guaranteed, but I do my best to accommodate requests when I can. Please reach out to inquire if this would make healing more accessible for you. Thank you.
What to expect in a session:
Sessions take place over Zoom audio or video call. It is recommended that you find a quiet and comfortable space to join your session, so that you do not feel distracted. You may choose to sit comfortably or even lie down.
I find that each session is a distinct co-created experience. The healing space arises and attunes accordingly in response to your intention, and the direction your highest self would like to go. While every session is unique, here is a general structure of what can be expected:
Check in and discussion: We begin with a brief check in on what brings you in for a healing session and anything else you’d like to share. I may ask you some follow up questions and if you have a specific intention for your healing. New Client healing sessions allow for longer discussion time in the beginning.
Grounding, connection and tuning in: From there, I will often prompt you to begin to bring your awareness to the present moment by gently noticing your breath and body while getting comfortable in your space. While you do this, I will start to move into a more focused state of listening and begin to tune into your energy, intention and the healing space. I listen for what direction feels most aligned to begin with from your highest self, and check in with you before we move forward.
Active Healing: There are a few different ways the active healing portion of the session can unfold, or a combination of the following:
Intuitive Energy Healing: I send distance/remote energy healing from a focused meditative state to help process and transform disharmonious energy blocks. During this process, if it feels comfortable to you, I may ask you to bring your awareness towards different parts of your body or energy centers/channels asking you to share what you observe in terms of sensations, subtle shifts, images or feelings that come up as things process. At other times this process will be done silently as you relax.
Shamanic Informed Healing/ Journeying: Shamanic healing can take place in the form of collaborating and communicating with helping spirits that act as guides, messengers and healers throughout the session. These can come in the form of plant and animal spirits, helping ancestors, and many other types of benevolent inter-dimensional beings. If it is appropriate or guided to do a shamanic journey I will call in a healing circle and compassionate helping spirits to assist. These spirits will then facilitate and empower the healing that happens. During this process we may be silent and then share what we each observed during your journey and hold space for any questions that come up. Or I may narrate the journey as it happens. This will depend on the spirit guidance offered in the moment.
Collaborative Healing & Dialogue: Some sessions are more interactive and take place in the form of a flowing conversation while energy healing is happening. Together, we explore patterns, emotions or blocks as they surface, helping you process and integrate in real time.
Gentle somatic or mind-body tools may also be utilized throughout the session to help with integration and processing.
4. Integration and Closing: When the active healing feels complete, I close the energetic space and guide you back to feel grounded into your own body. We take time to check in with how you’re feeling and what may have shifted. I offer intuitive messages or reflections, holistic healing advice, resources, or simple practices you can implement after the session. You’re welcome to share anything you’d like at this time that came up during your session or questions you have.
Post session Care: After your healing session, it is recommended to notice and listen to your body's cues as much as possible. it is not unusual to feel that you need more rest, hydration and healthy nourishment. I recommend to take some time to yourself to allow for energy to shift and process. Remember that the healing session is shifting energy/ frequency right away, which may manifest differently for everyone. Listen to your intuition on how it guides you. Journaling can be helpful to write down what your inner voice is saying. I am available through email support if any questions arise or additional support is needed. in some cases, it may be appropriate to set up a short call to check in.
